Description
DEP400C – DEP400TF Automatic machines for the production of cookies with interchangeable head.
- Stainless steel and aluminium body
- Operating cycle controlled by 100-program computer to set depositing time, speed, quantity, tray forward and backward movement, nozzles rotation.
- The head can be completely disassembled for cleaning and washing.
- Variable speed depositing head
- Tray movement controlled by computer
- Version C: suitable for consistent-hard dough (short bread cookies, etc.)
- Version CF: like C with wire cut device
