Description
For the production of buns, rolls, small baguettes, stamped buns (Kaiser).
According to the product, the line can be composed with several units:
- Automatic divider/rounder at 4-5-6 rows
- Dough chunker
- Intermediate proofer with stamping unit
- Panning unit with single tray or with tray magazine
- Moulder/flattener
- Trolley pan loader
